Shandong Xinhe Paper-Making Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, changed its name in 2007, and was restructured into a joint stock limited company in April 2014. Listed stock name: Shandong Xinhe; Stock code: 831338. The company is located in Liaocheng High-tech Industrial Development Zone, which is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise specializing in papermaking engineering design and development, machinery manufacturing, engineering installation and commissioning, and general contracting of papermaking projects. The company is a provincial high-tech enterprise, through the ISO9001 quality management system certification, successfully listed in the national small and medium-sized enterprise share transfer system, is the first listed stock in the papermaking machinery industry.

In March 2012, Shandong Xinhe signed a cooperation agreement with Comer S.p.A., a world-renowned papermaking machinery manufacturer based in Italy, and in October 2013, the construction of the steel Yankee dryer production base began, and at the end of June 2014, the trial production began to be carried out. Drawing on world-leading technologies, this production line has overcome numerous challenges in papermaking industry, including energy efficiency, low carbon emissions, environmental friendliness, high output, and superior quality. Currently, it stands as China’s only production base for steel Yankee dryers with multiple patented technologies.The steel Yankee dryer independently developed and produced by our company is a domestic pioneering product, and the commissioning of this project has filled the domestic gap and generated a wide range of social and economic benefits.

Shandong Xinhe has successfully developed and launched a series of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, filling the gap in the field of domestic paper machines. Here are the details of specific products and technological breakthroughs:
1. Launched the first set of domestic paper machines, Crescent Former Tissue Machine with a width of 5600mm and a speed of 1300~1600 m/min and a Fourdrinier Multi-Cylinder Towel Paper Machine with a width of 5600mm and a speed of 800m/min. In April 2025, the 5600/800 Fourdrinier Multi-Cylinder Towel Paper Machine has been successfully put into production and passed the qualified acceptance of Guangxi Longpai Group.
2. The whole paper machine adopts the combination of permanent magnet direct drive transmission system and sleeve rotor motor, which effectively improves energy efficiency and can achieve the effect of saving more than 10% of electricity.
3. The new shoe pressing system of the tissue paper machine, the system can significantly improve the dehydration efficiency, reduce the steam consumption by more than 15%, and improve the dryness of the paper sheet, so that the operating efficiency of the paper machine is increased by more than 10%. The shoe press increases pressing impulse by extending the nip dwell time, enabling the paper sheet to achieve higher strength before drying with a 10%-20% improvement in bulk.

At present, the speed of high-speed toilet paper machine developed by our company has reached 1700m/min, and its energy-saving and environmental protection characteristics have been well received by relevant experts and users. The products are sold to Shandong, Hebei, Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Sichuan, Henan and other regions in China, and sell well in Europe, Southeast Asia, West Asia, South America and other countries. As many as 26 paper machines have been installed and put into operation in Baoding alone, placing us in a leading position in the Chinese market.

Shandong Xinhe Paper-Making Engineering Co., Ltd. covers all aspects of the development and production of complete machine and core key components of energy-saving and environmental-friendly papermaking machinery, and the key processes are all automated mass production equipment, and the advanced degree is at the international leading level. At the same time, the company's pressure vessel manufacturing passed the provincial acceptance in April 2023 and obtained the first class pressure vessel D-class steel drying cylinder and cast iron drying cylinder manufacturing license (certificate number: TS2237E14-2027). This product meets the requirements of EU CE certification, and the product design and manufacturing meet ASME specifications, which lays a solid foundation for the company’s large-scale entry into the domestic and international markets.

Shandong Xinhe further deepens industry-university-research cooperation with Qilu University of Technology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology and other universities and institutes on the existing basis, constantly innovates cooperation models, enriches cooperation content, and strives to cooperate with universities and institutes to develop no less than 2 projects per year.
